While staying confined within one's 4 walls it is more important than ever to stay active in order to maintain fitness and peace of mind. Such apps can inspire people to do so.

I am regularly using it to do exercises indoors since the shutdown here in Madrid and it helps me to replace my usual outdoors exercise.

Communication between countries - that one country can effectively and efficiently learn from what has happened in current "hotspots" such as Madrid and apply those learnings.

Hi Tanya Raschle great to have you join the challenge. Thanks for sharing your inspiration on how you are staying fit during the challenge. Tyson Sapre has shared some mindful activities in his submission Rebranding Mindfulness to Aid Individuals Affected by COVID-19 Social Distancing and Quarantine Mandates  - do you envision such an app creating and incorporating some of the additional activities?
