In what ways did you change your behaviors as a result of this resource?
Increased reflection and action on communication about COVID-19 in terms of access to information from cultural frameworks and community structures and recognition of how minority communities and low-income communities are not being acknowledged though those are the communities with the highest statistical probabilities of heart and lung disease.
What information do you feel you are missing about COVID-19?
Testing in USA; Present availability of public tests and numbers tested by geography; Access to tests for communities that are not part of a health consortium, like Kaiser. Access to tests for communities that would have to take several modes of public transport to get to testing areas that are being put in higher income areas.
What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?
1. Minority communities for whom there is mistrust of gov't, public officials,& health organizations from a legacy of discrimination and historical harms 2. Quarantined persons that use Electronic Benefit Cards in SF who cannot get food - the cards cannot be used if person is not present 3. Persons in faith communities for whom the phrase "non-essential meetings" is dismissive to the foundation of their lives 4. Asian Americans: rising prejudice and stigma against them
