It's good to utilize networks that already have access to people & members. Religious centers such as mosques or churches, schools, gyms, business circles etc can all reach out electronically or through phone trees to their members. The image I uploaded is from a mosque in Indonesia where they informed and organized the worshippers before entering.

How to do home care in case we actually get sick. 

We understand sanitization, hygiene and social distancing. But if we get sick and hospitals dont have room for us, how can we take care of ourselves at home?
