my contribution in building a LinkedIn group chat which consists of experts of researcher and those involved in Covid19 vaccine-research
The message I have sawed on Linkedin chat group is the following
#COVID19 has forced many businesses to switch to hashtag#workfromhome—sometimes on little to no notice.
And while hashtag#socialdistancing is the right thing to do, it’s a new challenge for many businesses, from big to small.
For entrepreneurs and employees alike, we have to adjust to this new normal quickly. The important message to share with your team is that we’re in this together and we’ll get through it together.
Three ways to get things done even when you can’t physically be in the same room:
1. Keep the team connected using omnichannel platforms.
2. Over-communicate at every step.
3. Create new team traditions.
