Twitter, Whatsapp and Instagram.
What information do you feel you are missing about COVID-19?
More than information I am missing a sense that authorities are doing everything in their power to ameliorate the impact of the virus. I live between the US and Colombia. Seeing the local government, trusted civil society in Medellin moving quickly and anticipating risk has made me feel better. I don't feel the same sense of safety while in the US even if I rationally know it has better resources.
What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?
Rural communities, those that don't have TVs and dependent on radio or visuals around their areas.
