Sending short messages (text and email) to people I haven't connected with in a while to say, "Hey, how are you? Thinking about you."
Short postings in LinkedIn or on email list serves with reminders about concrete ways to think about and help others.
In what ways did you change your behaviors as a result of this resource?
I've made a point to reach out and extend messages about checking in, seeing how the other person is doing, letting them know I'm thinking about them.
What information do you feel you are missing about COVID-19?
Reliable info from the US administration. Specifically, info relative to (1) testing; and (2) financial, mental health, and other support to vulnerable populations (homeless, food-insecure, people near or below poverty line, those suffering mental illness, those in addiction).
What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?
Vulnerable populations--those without permanent addresses, people who are food-insecure, recent immigrants who may be struggling with language and systems, people struggling with addiction and alcoholism, those suffering with mental illness, people at or below the poverty line.
We also have huge disparities of digital access. Let's not forget people who do not have easy access to the internet and digital communication.
