Great idea but could be so much more visually appealing. Also came within an email with a huge amount of plain text that was really hard to wade through to find the key take homes.

What information do you feel you are missing about COVID-19?

I’d like to see a breakdown of infection outcomes (deaths, severe disease ICU, severe disease hospitalised, recovered etc) for my age group. I also haven’t seen ANY planning docs about how much food is required for a 14 day isolation. I saw this for Brexit but haven’t seen it during this crisis. If people knew how much to buy in case they are isolated it could help proportional buying. I’ve also seen no good infographics or flow charts to help target messaging and advice.

What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?

Expert layperson who is not a healthcare professional but us higher degree life’s pence educated and wants a slightly higher level of detail than found in laypersons media but hadn’t got time to read a who scientific paper

What is your current profession?

Healthcare Communications
