Mapping online support groups that focus on well-being and overcoming challenges in our personal life, relationships and work.
A resource that uplifted me was this meetup with psychologists, philosophers and folks interested in living a wholehearted life. It's not directly related to COVID-19, but it came at a great time because it opened a conversation about our universal human concerns that are now emphasized in this challenging period: questions about personal growth, safety, meaning and well-being. Meetups like this were supposed to be held locally. Now a global audience has access, yet there's not a lot of information where we can find all these opportunities to connect. Connecting with like-minded people through meetups and emotional support groups can provide support and reassurance to those suffering in crisis, ignite joy in those who feel isolated and remind us of our shared humanity by creating connections across countries and cultures.

In what ways did you change your behaviors as a result of this resource?
Being part of this meetup brought me insights and the joy of connection. I was inspired by how organizers adapted the logistics of the event to an online setting, and eventually I started searching for opportunities to contribute to similar initiatives. Now I'm volunteering at: https://helpwithcovid.com/users/5328-anja-petrovic and writing a proposal to you :)

What information do you feel you are missing about COVID-19?
I'm missing information about where to find meetups or support group around the world to either participate or facilitate. This repository of information can open doors for therapists, coaches or facilitators to connect with participants/clients internationally in their language of choice.
What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?
People in countries with strict lockdown measures in place. In some countries curfew starts as early as 5pm and people older than 65 are not allowed to exit their homes at all. There's been widespread panic in the media and many are feeling isolated, depressed and anxious. Beyond social media groups where people chat about general events and initiatives, I'm recognizing a need for small emotional support groups - free, discounted or priced at full rate.
