Hello - I am hoping that others will be able to scale up and also amplify the following 2 resources:
1) phone-based support hotline so that counselors can provide emotional support for frontline healthcare workers (HCW's) and for those who are feeling isolated, disoriented by social distancing. Volunteers who are not licensed therapists can be trained to provide basic counseling/listening ear and can refer callers to professional resources if the caller is in crisis.
