I love your idea. I will build one of my ideas over it.
I think that WHO supported by FB or Google could build a multichannel platform to receive and verify credentials of doctors volunteering to answer questions of people all around the world in many languages about symptoms people present. The communication should allow to do it vía a call, or a videocall (encourage human virtual contact) which could allow more people in the family to learn from the call. Maybe restrict this to call for every family using the GPS.
