With the current state of our nation and world as a result of COVID-19, our team wants to provide individuals with easily accessible & creative ways to stay healthy in mind, body and spirit. Our online wellness community platform not only allows one of any age to take online fitness and dance classes, but it also gives each person a way to connect & engage in conversation, discussion, instructor feedback, Q/A and resources!
Research has shown physical activity (i.e. exercise and dance) can significantly "reduce stress and symptoms of mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, and help with recovery from mental health issues, as well as reduces the risk of illnesses in adults , and improves growth and cognitive development in youth." (Health Direct, 2019). It is our mission to continue to help all individuals, of all ages( Pre.K-12, Adults, & Seniors), continue to achieve wellness, stay motivated, active and healthy in mind, body, and spirit during this time.
