The platform uses a predictive algorithm and recommendation model to improve conversion rates at airports and improve travellers experience. Due to the current health crisis, we pivot our idea and business model to address challenges that the travel industry is facing by building a context-aware data-driven app to assess policy measures taken so far, propose corrective actions and most importantly to inform decision-makers on the possible future impacts on any measures they may want to implement. Nonetheless, our business model remains B2BC. We extend our services to region, cities, airlines and airport’s needs. Our service offers extensive content (healthiest advice and smart alerts), provides a communication channel between airport, municipalities, countries and travellers. Our client will access specific data regarding traveller movement and behaviour via a monthly paid subscription. The health interest here is major: risky contacts are traced instantly and anonymously for all cases detected on a given day, trip, or airport. Trip/In is set to be a favoured travel companion that constantly seeks out information to inform travellers’ decision-making processes.
