A dedicated service from relevant companies (across different industries e.g. fashion, graphic design, film, construction, pharmaceutical research etc) to provide major projects for the public to get involved in. With social distancing, although it helps a great deal, many people don’t feel like they are actually doing something and contributing to the global effort to stop this pandemic; all most can do is feel helpless and cheer on NHS workers and vaccine task forces. With companies providing a massive range of projects to get involved in, people (and families) can get involved in contributing to some aspect in this crisis through being creative and collaborative. They can pick and choose areas/industries they are passionate about. For example, a housing / interiors company might pose a project of building a new building and layout for a potential hospital to make it less clinical and better suited to efficiency and comfort during this time. A fashion business might launch a PPE design project. Things like this allow the public to feel like they would be getting involved in the global effort, bring us all closer together and preventing social distancing to become anything more than physical.
