Although these practices are a choice for employees' own motivations for personal reasons, financial gain for companies; employee loyalty was preferred. Employees may want to work remotely / from home, and even companies may not be able to do bile even if they support it. What do you think are the main barriers to implementing this solution?

With the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire community and, of course, the working life entered a process of adaptation until at least it bypassed this process. However, as the actors of corporate life; We started looking for answers and solutions to brand new questions and problems that we are not used to.

If you are currently working on a pivot, what have you learned so far?

Covidien-19 exit where the first cases in Turkey Since the day the company's employees depending on their digital competence, customers and other stakeholders and to maintain all the risks are buying certain measures to minimize. It has been observed that the companies that can take the fastest action and allow their employees to work remotely / from home have established the technological infrastructure that could enable this in the previous years, and that allow employees to work remotely at least on average 2-4 days a month. The investments of these companies in the tools that support virtual work and communication in previous years have enabled them to respond to such a crisis quickly.

If we focus on the post-epidemic world and the bigger picture, it's not just the leading institutions in this field anymore; Almost all companies will begin to accelerate their investments in communication and technology by thinking forward and strategically.

Thank you so much! I think for the company I work for. We are currently working at home. Our databases need protection. I work in the clothing industry. Our company provides credit shopping. We have 19,000 customers. We must keep our customers' information secure. Cyber ÔÇïÔÇïsecurity should be provided for the e-commerce system that we will establish in the future.
