We are also aware that any business model needs a unique business model design to make itself different from others.

We’ll engage contracted supply model in keeping the reliability of the supply side high. This will ensure we set the standards for the initial demand in the evolutionary phase and slowly start adding freelancers, to help in scaling the platform fast. Once we reach the critical mass the reliability automatically increases as we always have a sizable amount of available supply that is not engaged at a certain instant.

As is the case with multi-sided platforms, reaching the critical mass is the first milestone that all entrepreneurs are working towards.

Critical Mass leads to ensuring reliability and (customer is not denied the service/product) and efficiency (service providers/delivery personnel are engaged above a certain threshold). JiKi is built from the ground up on these principles.

A significant TAM is essential to make JaKi worth our while. It’s important to differentiate between Total initial target market and TAM. Ideal scenario is starting off with a smaller initial target market and expanding thereafter.

The objectives for the first three years of operation include:

To create a service-based company whose primary goal is to exceed customer's expectations.

The utilization of 2-Wheel-Courier by at least 10 riders within 5-meter radius in every major city.

To increase the number of clients served by 27% per year through superior service.

To develop a profitable start-up business within the first year of operations.

First line Managers Acquisition: Everything starts with a small city launch team and percentage incentivizing for both riders and customers. Every city has a general manager who heads the customer acquisition as well as rider’s acquisition. The first man to come on board is generally professional riders who are already associated with local network of companies and own their own business.

First customers come from various local advertising channels like FM radio, newspapers, online advertising etc. Jaki 2-Wheel Riders is culturally simplified and with the pandemic people are hungry for low-cost, efficient and trusted solutions to drive their businesses and life

Step 1: (Request a Service): The first step in the business model is about creating a demand. People have a smartphone app which lets them request a service instantly or schedule it for some time later.

Step 2: (Matching): As soon as the request is made, a notification about your details is sent to the nearest rider. The rider has the option to accept or reject the ride. In case he rejects, notification is sent to another rider in that area.

Step 3: (Ride): Customer can track the ride when it is arriving and the ETA is also shown to the customer. The meter starts as soon as the customer signs of on the errand which can be tracked through the customer side app as well.

Step 4: (Payment & Rating): Once parcel is delivered, customer gets an option to rate the rider. Rating system is an important part of  the business model as it lets a person know about the rider before booking a service and helps him trust the rider. Thus riders mostly have to request a rating to boost their credibility.

The above illustration will help us see the big picture, calculate those big numbers that the company earns and possibility of scaling to reach profits as well as grow exponentially with projected milestones.

What do you think are the main barriers to implementing this solution?

START-UP CAPITAL: Jaki 2-Wheel Riders has already launch a social media and call connect delivery services, where we work with bicycle riders to take deliveries within a short distance, however Jaki-2WR primary barrier is financial- based. JaKi-2WR proposes to operate as a world class native’s mobile app published to App Store & Google Play for consumers, integrating a social experience deploy across plug-ins for iOS & Android, with Push-Notifications, offline support & native tab menu and more will indeed require funding.
