Co-Wired manages to arrange these workshops on almost no profit basis so that the interested audience can easily enhance their skills and excel in their careers. We try to make every event as a life changing event for our mentees. 

Be it technology, management, media, journalism, arts or linguistics, Co-Wired provides high quality training in all various walks of life with main focus being on entrepreneurship and future needs. We strive to equip our participants with the skills that can help them in flourishing in their respective fields.

What is the need are you focusing on?

As per HDR, 64% of Pakistan’s population is under 30 years of age which constitutes over 141 million people. According to the World Bank Report (2007), Pakistan’s youth population  will  reach its  peak  in  year 2039,  with average annual  growth  rate of  1.3%  till  2015  and  .9% from 2025 to 2035 as predicted by United Nations Medium Variant Projections. Like Youth around the world, Pakistani youth also face numerous issues and challenges. Economic situation, primary education, health, and higher education, are the major problems faced by Pakistani Youth. There is a need for a new vision which may lead to self-sustainable career development for youth.

Co-Wired manages to arrange high quality career-oriented training programs for youth development in Pakistan. We have been making these arrangements on almost no profit basis so the youth can effectively participate and benefit their professional growth in all aspects of life.

Due to the pandemic, educational institutes and professional training centers are closed. The world is moving towards online education. Individuals/companies have to evolve to meet the needs of a changing market. There is a need to add additional technologies to sustain in the market. We offer training programs that not only help individuals and companies manage the current crisis by on-the-job coaching as supporting remote employees is a critical need right now but can also help them learn future technologies through e-learning. We have skills and resources to conduct training programs on technologies which are high in demand internationally like Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Test Automation, DevOps, Robotic Process Automation. Providing effective training in such futuristic IT technologies, increases the employability of participants, thereby, not only securing their future but also, boosting country's economy.

Pakistan is ranked as the 4th most popular country for freelancing in the Online Labor Index published in 2017 by Oxford Internet Institute (OII) and is consistently ranked among the top destinations for Internet Communications and Technology (ICT) outsourcing because of the exponential growth of the IT sector. Pakistan has got the fourth position globally in the category of Software Development and Technology and generates around 0.5 billion USD in revenue. Co-Wired initiated trainings in April 2017 on internationally high demand technologies. Training is usually conducted in bilingual language (Urdu & English) that participants understand to increase training effectiveness. Whereas, the training courses hosted over the digital LMS platforms like Udemy, Coursera, Linux Academy etc. are recorded lectures only in English language which makes it hard to understand for the trainees. Providing effective training in futuristic IT technologies, will increase employability & boost economy

Co-Wired is a communal workspace founded in April 2017. The ideology of Co-Wired lies in its slogan – Create, Communicate, Collaborate. The foundation of Co-Wired was laid on philosophy of supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem by conducting training programs and connecting its members to resources, support networks, and mentors. Several focused workshops and vocational training are conducted on topics like Growth Hacking, Website development, Videography, Design Thinking and Social Media Marketing Certification. Hosting entrepreneurship-related discussion sessions is also a regular practice at Co-Wired where various professions like healthcare, finance, music and media are discussed in the context of technology and consumer behavior.
