Happy Atoms is an application that will be allowing employees to track their happiness every day through separate interface to their work setups. Without the integration of work software, employees will be able to be honest about their well-being and as a result give constructive feedback about their working life.
With a one page tap-only interface, Happy Atoms will not be time-consuming, unless the employee would like to add comments themselves. This will amount to a Happy Atoms Index which will be fully based on the scores that employees give for themselves thus representing an accurate depiction of the working happiness levels at that company.
The issue with current happiness tracking is that a lot of it is adopted by the company with filters to be able to track who says what. This can hinder employees to give their true feedback whether positive, negative or in-between. With Happy Atoms, the calculations are made simpler, the anonymity is there, and the result would be driving employers to get accurate feedback in the age of remote working.
The pivot to more remote work puts into place gaps in communication in a way that there is less physical or 'real' interaction. What people feel behind the screen is harder to determine, so being able to anonymously see the happiness levels of your employees can serve as direct feedback to what is working and what isn't.
We want to help everyone celebrate their employers that have given them real support during this time and make it anonymous for there to be more transparency.
