Equity

Having a different pop-up "Rolling Restaurant" each week sharing the adjacent sheltered environment of a Chicago Landmark - allows restaurants from different scale and cultural background to have a fair share of exposure through the already reputable architecture/ establishments. It's a great opportunity of collaboration between the institutions/ large establishments with the restaurants owners in this difficult time.

1.) Promote social distancing by moving & designating dining desks & seats.

2.) Situated in an open ventilated environment.

Very creative ideaļ¼ Reminded me a popular and trendy idea sharing by a numbers of fashion brands: upcycling, meaning to create novel value by revising existing pieces. Especially in such a special modern architectural city, Chicagoan can have a chance to re-appreciate these landmarks. It would definitely give them a sense of belonging and confidence to be together and defeat this pandemic.
