Research

While value loss, environmental pollution and unrecyclable waste are the increasingly apparent undesirable effects of the linear plastics economy, what causes them is less obvious. We encourage you to use the Research phase to identify and challenge those root causes for small-format plastics packaging. We’re excited to learn about your shared experiences from engaging with the Research Missions.

Please read the Challenge Brief for more information and be sure to familiarize yourself with our Use Cases and Personas to guide your research into this important topic and to learn more about the iconic small-format applications and create empathy with some of their users.
