Idea is to create a circular design for monthly home needs. User comes to our website we will connect them local vendor who can provide their monthly eco-friendly home supplies.

The user gets a kit for a liquid item such as shampoo, detergents etc, these kits work like single use.

This is an online platform so scaling this idea won't be a problem in but when we expand globally market we might face problem in product user journey.

Think Beyond Plastics Accelerator Program will help me to build a community of eco-friendly product users, I believe from this idea I will pivot and re design many times to achieve global growth the accelerator team will help me to travel with this journey.

Please describe from where your Idea emerged

As a new product developer most of the time I work start-up and entrepreneurs who want to spend for what they build also they do have to hire in house team which increase their cost. I am using the same pattern to solve this problem.

1 - Why have you chosen to start with New York?

I am moving to Newyork, from my google keyword analyses NewYork has good opportunities. Plus I can get help from IDEO team and innovators community directly.

2 - What are some the next and timeline to bring your idea to market?

Next steps, Consider each sprint take 5 days to complete, Each time we complete a sprint we add new sprint from customers feedback. New Sprint priority will be chosen as per user and business model needs.

Sprint 1 - Build web site MVP V0.1.
Sprint 2 - Choose vendor to provide monthly use kit.
Sprint 3 - Growth hack to get 250 customers and 25 vendors Onboard.
Sprint 4 - Complete 50 orders.
Sprint 5 - Initial user interview with vendors and customers to improve the process.
Sprint 6 - Identify products which address customer problem statements.
Sprint 7 - Improve user journey on the whole transaction.
Sprint 8 - Build eco-friendly product users community.
Sprint 9 - Build MVP V0.2 where users can validate their eco-friendly product idea with crowd funding model.
Sprint 10 - Continue with new sprints, Reduce CAC (customer acquisition cost) and Increase LTV (lifetime customer value).
