As a company : Packaging costs can cost as much or even more than the product itself!

As a user: How much packages do you throw away everyday and buy a new one to have the same destiny ?

So, why not make a win - win situation and help plastic factories reduce costs of packaging and at the same time help user's reduce daily waste of plastic and household expenses !!!

So "one to one" is an opportunity for customers to return shampoo packages, liquid sachets , and soap bottles to the supermarket /outlets; shelves and take a brand new bottle at a reduced price. Factories would then collect the empty packages and refill or use material for future products depending on status of package.

One to One

How does this Idea redesign unrecyclable small format plastic items that often end up as waste?

This Idea basically ensures that if a family wastes one package per product every week this can be reduced to at least one package per year!!

Which use cases does your Idea apply to?

This win-win idea for both a customer and a producer applies to case 1 of using single use sachet for liquid consumer products. For any mother like Rajata, the amount of wasted packaging in such products are irritating.

Please describe from where your Idea emerged

My idea emerged from mere observing how local mothers in families make the most out of their waste to make products user friendly and reusable.

Tell us about your work experience

I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering and physics. I am interested in design especially when it is human centered. I was inspired by a creative thinking course I have attended at University.

I am an individual and observer working independently.
