My original idea came from a material perspective and product design approach - which was to recycle spent coffee grounds and make them into a compostable product that replace plastic coffee cups lids. However, through more deeper research and literure reviews, I've found that designing through a systemic thinking would be more suitable for tackling a wired problem like this.
