Replace plastic in liquid packaging and small format items with naturally bio degradable and compostable raw materials. The application and utilisation could be extended for all kinds of packaging in the food and consumer durable industry. The application Raw materials would include different kinds of waste and most importantly make the final product leak proof. 

We have done our customer validation and are in the process of starting off with developing proto-types.

As a team, We are passionate about the environment . We believe that when the human race uses all the resources given by nature for its sustenance , we should reciprocate by only producing items that the nature can use to its sustenance.

How does this Idea redesign unrecyclable small format plastic items that often end up as waste?

- Since the products are bio degradable, it would compost even if it goes to landfill - We also have thought of a concept where this product can used by consumers to increase the green cover. The concept is yet to be fully thought out in terms of production.

Which use cases does your Idea apply to?

Sachets, Straws, Tear off lids. Application could be extended to any other plastic packaging

In what geographical context or area does your Idea plan to operate / solve?

We are planning to launch it in india. However the product can be scaled globally.

How do you envision scaling up your Idea?

- Would initially introduce it through our personal network and then use online market places , social media and referrals to reach out to the potential customer - One of the obstacles we foresee is to achieve the mid point between social responsibility Vs. price sensitivity. We need to work our product to ensure we address the aspect of price sensitivity in the local market by spreading awareness

- During a discussion with another entrepreneur who could be a potential customer. The entrepreneur uses plastic packaging and said it was a big pain point that needs immediate attention

Would be appropriate to talk about the founding team. Three founders with totally diverse experience in Biotechnology, research, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Operations, HR and quality control.
