this is clever but I think unnecessary, it would require new manufacturing, and in recycling you could just as easily optical character read packages or use shapes sizes (like coin sorters) if in an inhouse recycling known packets.

Agreed it makes sorting easier, however, how do you separate the metal out when you recycle the material? What effect will the metal have on the food?

my idea is to keep the metal wire on the frame, so it will be separated from the food and also it will be kept on the side where people are not supposed to tear the package
but the first question was a good question. I haven't thought about it. Maybe we could grind the plastic and then use an eddy current seperator. I did a bit of research on google to find this answer. Do you have any other suggestions
