Case 2, Bottle caps. (plus other uses)

Besides the obvious reasons below, the idea could revitalize the market. For instance, manufacturers could come into the conclusion that some product design must be re-imagined for everyone’s benefit. Producers could distribute bottles without caps rather they could seal the top with a paper. (See: An individual could use his or her own cap, the cap has an integrated small spike (similar to a mayo tube) which would effectively burst open the seal when attached/screwed on.


Advantages to common caps:

  • Affordable economically. You gather some money microfinance loans or from other sources (savings) and began making stuff for your own.
  • You can learn technology wise, though there is no prequisite.
  • Affordable environmentally, you can reuse, repurpose or upcylce materials.
  • Made by you or your friend or someone you may know.
  • No transportation costs.
  • Available when you need it.
  • Can be made
    • before the actual usage and you can make your printer automatically print out some.
    • from appropriate materials, paper, plant based biorenewables.


Why paper?

Global studies suggest that (1) the paper industry is emerging, (2) the paper industry needs new challenges.

Why plant?

We can put plant leaves into one more application, as the value chain is not fully capitalised.


Why other materials?

Because you can grind nearly all materials and by making a mix, can experiment with new compounds.


I’ve tried to co-op with gals, guys here, w/o success. I talk to people whereever I go, but it’s only me right now.
