How could the insights in the care home be used to educate family caregivers to act in a way that meets the needs of their loved ones with dementia?

How could family caregivers 'tap into' this knowledge?

Hi Kate Rushton , the insights of this particular care home might be useful. But most care homes are not designed to care for people with dementia. Sharing poor practices would obviously be counterproductive.

A change in mindset per the article is what's required.
