Every company striving to genuinely make a difference in this world should rightfully be recognized and be considered as "our heroes." In doing this, parameters should be established to give full meaning to the recognition and the deeds.

In recognizing businesses proper standards must be set.  In the process, those impelled by a genuine altruistic desire to help must be separated from those whose aims are nothing more than window dressing.
