Explain your project idea (2,000 characters)

We believe that the greatest injustice facing these victims’ girls affected with early pregnancies, child marriages, child labor and dropout is poverty, cultural aspects, violence, corruption, AIDS, or the lack of access to education. Rather, the most profound problem faces vulnerable girls is the failure of community social structures to empower them as socially responsible leaders to solve the challenges. Child marriage has a direct impact on girls’ education. One study estimates that 97 percent of married girls of secondary-school-age are out of school, compared to 50 percent of unmarried girls. Not only are girls often forced to leave school by their own families; Tanzania’s school expulsion regulations also prescribe the automatic expulsion of school-going girls who enter wedlock. Many girls who become pregnant do not return to school after the birth of their child, or even when they have had a miscarriage, because they fear the stigma associated with teenage pregnancy or they are refused re-admission. Our idea is to Identify, recruits, support and equipping the vulnerable local girls affected with early pregnancies, child marriages, child labor and dropout living in their communities with skills training in economic and entrepreneurship training, vocational training, Girls as Change Agents, psycho-social support and Goal Setting, raise capital, education opportunities and leadership,. We teach them to solve poverty for themselves and their community along with mentor-ship to develop and start their own real social enterprise and future projects with small funds for peace and prosperity in hard to reach areas. After these victims and vulnerable girls being empowered and start their own social enterprises and projects open new pathway and we work with them as “girls mentors” within their communities as social entrepreneurs, activist, philanthropist, community educators and role models leaders for victim girls for the next generation in under resource area

There are many non-governmental organizations looking to support girls like Msichana Initiative: http://msichana.or.tz/, Ebli: http://ebliorg.weebly.com/, Nelico http://nelicotz.org/ that provide vulnerable girls with awareness and training. We have identified gaps in the community and set our value propositions to go beyond the norm of only giving training to the youth but enabling them to start businesses and tangible future projects by helping those raises capital and future projects. We want to ensure that each individual that goes through our program actually starts a business and future projects. This project use a human centered design approach: After these victims and vulnerable girls being empowered and start their own social enterprises and projects open new pathway and we work with them as “girls mentors” within their communities as social entrepreneurs, activist, philanthropist, community educators and role models leaders of vulnerable girls for the next generation of girls

I grew up in disadvantaged Village characterized by lack of opportunity, poverty, poor health, and mismatch between education and life after school. Many of my peer’s girls dropped out of school because of child marriage, child marriage and ended up with HIV infection. I harnessed a sense of social responsibility and desire to create a difference in my community. I embarked on a project to victim girls create employment opportunities, improve health, education and empower other girls at risk.

Please explain how your selected topic areas are influenced, in the local context of your project (1,000 characters).

We believe girls are the source of a peace and prosperity issue: When victims girls are empowered, communities are better equipped to cope with adversity, withstand crises, and make investments in the future. Community are safer, more prosperous, and more stable when women and girls have the same opportunities as men and boys. Simply put, when girls and women are educated, they are a powerful force for positive change. We Bridges the gap between the desire of victim’s girls to lead change in their communities and unable to continue their schooling, and without specific skills or vocational training. We create a significant shift in the ability of the next generation to develop internally driven solutions to the pressing challenges facing them. Teenage pregnancy is very common in Tanzania. According to the 2015-2016 Tanzania Demographic and Health Survey, one in four women aged 15–19 are mothers.
