O ver 11 million graduates (under 35 years) in Nigeria alone are unemployed.
This is largely attributed to defects and loopholes in the overall educational system of the country and many regions in the continent suffers similar fate. The curricula of basic schools to tertiary education are not tailored to teach skills like creative and critical approaches to problem solving and decision making that creates employable graduates. This challenge has reduced the continent´s ability to participate in skilled labor-intensive industries.
The MUDiA Project started as a recruitment agency, and then we realised people didn't know what to say in interviews and we started training them, from that we started training them in other skills and when we realised they weren't enough jobs to go around we started turning our focus towards entrepreneurship empowerment.

Hi Dennis Errikson , it's wonderful to have you on the challenge again! I see that you have made good progress over the years from a recruitment agency to entrepreneurship empowerment. I would love to hear about some solid factors that differentiate your idea from any other idea that proposes a similar solution that bridges the job seekers with employers.

Keep growing!
