Support income-generating activities of women working in the mining squares that boils down to small business, production haulers, crushers, twangeuse, restaurant owner and trader women. the goal is to strengthen women's economic leadership in the mining sector, which would strengthen an environment that significantly reduces social norms that facilitate violence against women and girls, and gender injustice.
Thus their capacity in good governance, in plaiddoyer them would facilitate to defend their rights near the local and military politico-administrative authorities.
the major challenges facing women working in the mining squares are the inhuman treatment, forced labor, exploitation, worse and painful inhuman work and disproportionate to their physical strength, monetary and sexual exclusion.all these human rights violations are perpetrated by the customary authorities, the agents of the pnc, the owners of the mining squares, the diggers.
Given a weak organization and structuring of women who are in the informal because their work is not taken into account in the process of traceability, project will contribute to integrate women in the formal mining sector to contribute to growth and development of the province and the promotion of lasting peace

Our beneficiaries are marginalized women aged 18 to 59 and vulnerable children aged 6 to 17 who work in mining squares in South Kivu. Beyond these specific groups who will benefit from the project activities will also be concerned the decentralized antities, the administrative structures at the local level. other local leaders (opinion leaders, representatives of civil society organizations, community-based organizations) will benefit mainly from capacity-building actions

Our idea takes into account the human value linked to the convention of genève and the objectives of Sustainable Development which our country the Democratic Republic of Congo had subscribed and ratified. the involvement of the beneficiaries in the definition of the idea is an asset for their membership and the appropriation of these results expected.
the unique advantages of our organization in implementing this idea
it is that the headquarters of our organization is based in a mining zone where the main activity of the population is the artisanal exploitation of the minerals. Our animators have a deep knowledge on the chain of exploitation and it is who is the woman's role in the mining sector. Collaboration with local political and administrative authorities and other partners would benefit the implementation of the idea. he added that our participation in the various meetings at the local, provincial and regional level is an added value

Our idea is in intersection between the three themes: As for the peace it is necessary to point out that the conflicts (internal and external) that know our country precisely in its Eastern part where will be localized our idea, finds his orignine on the interest carried by both, in the management and control of mining areas. This has affected the lives of women and young people a great deal. In terms of prosperity, the economic situation of households has infuence on the status of women in the burden of family responsibilities. It should be added that artisanal To aggravate deforestation, which has consequent agricultural consequences, the latter decenie climatic disturbances are observed which negatively affects the agricultural seasons.

In order for the idea to be well integrated and for the direct and indirect beneficiaries to take ownership of the project idea and to effect the change in mentality, behavior and attitudes, we think that 36 months are appropriate.
