INTRODUCTION:Empowerment Innovation for women and dropout girls for gender equality in human development. PROBLEMS Women are also clearly under-represented(even absent)in formal negotiation, whether as local participants representing warring factions or as representatives of international authorities overseeing or mediating deliberations and institutions invitedto the negotiating table. Even ifwomen leaders and organizationsareactiveintracktwomechanismsandcivilsocietyforums, these mechanismsdonotnecessarily foundtheirway intotheformalpeaceprocesses womennotonly callforissuesspecifictothemselvesbutraiseissuesthataffect society asawhole,suchaslandreform,accesstoloansandcapacity building, manybelievethattheycanbringauniqueperspectiveontherootcauseof conflict,itsimpactonthedaily lifeorordinary peopleandkindoffuturecanbe offeredtothem. Thesocialprotectionespeciallythosewhohavebeencast awayfrom theirfamiliesasaresultoftheviolenceperpetrateduponthem and basedviolenceandexploitationisan often unrecognized, invisibleandcritical impediment to effective peace building andtheir youth unemployment and unempowerment for the age and social economic location through protracted civil wars are critical determinants of impacts,as are the direct experience of young people as participants and survivors not responding to the needs of young have causes conflict by young people of different ages. CONCEPT The conceptwillbeenwoman’seconomic empowermentfor designand monitoringframeworksthatwillallowinternationaldevelopmentcommunity to setterexploretheirpotentialsasavehicleforgenderequality andmeasurethe businessimpactof thiseffort,work insupportofwomen’seconomic empowermentintheinformaleconomy isurgent,butthechallengefundsseek primarily to engage the formal economy.
