Take responsibility and help our young people manage the many issues they are facing today.
In an age of unprecedented access to everything from technology to prescription drugs, these challenges are more widespread—and addictive—than ever before.
I suggest an awareness campaign dedicated to protecting our young people. In today’s fast-paced and ever-connected world, young peo[le can be less prepared to express or manage their emotions. Our young people deserve every opportunity to enjoy their innocence.
Do YOu Have a Dream project will include three main pillars: Teach our young people confidence, courage and creativity and avoid opioid abuse. By promoting values such as healthy living, encouragement, kindness, and respect, adults can help young people form positive habits and avoid turning to destructive behaviors as an outlet.
The "Do You Have a Dream Workbook 5 Keys to Realize Your Dream" and workshops can be held in individual or group settings. The workshop takes four hours to complete with a daily 15 minutes per day followup for one month. The changes that occur are permanent and offer positive direction to receive outlined goals.

How is your idea unique? (1,000 characters)
Addictive behaviors are often treated with a 12-step program that takes many weeks and months to create positive change. Also, a person with an addiction has to claim they are a drug addict or alcoholic.
Someone could be expressing a particular behavior but who they are is not that. Who they are is a dynamic creative being who needs redirection with their inner guidance system.
"Do You Have a Dream Workbook 5 Keys to Realize Your Dream" is based on forty years of research and study and can assist individuals within 30 days of starting the program into a new life.

I’m not sure why other people write self-help books, but I wrote mine to save my life. I was struggling with what was going on around me and inside me. I was unhappy, and I knew there had to be more; more joy, more happiness, more fulfillment. So I started looking for keys that would help me produce more of the experience of life that I was looking for but hadn’t managed to secure. I discovered that the change that happens within does not have to be a struggle; rather it can be created with ease
