Explain your project idea (2,000 characters)
Bank At Hause - Factor Xchange(BAH-FX) is a digital ecosystem advancing financial inclusion in various sectors of local economies in the developing world. AT HAUSE Limited is in process of piloting BAH-FX supply chain through a collaboration with PICS Global LLC in Qatar to en-reach local producers who are overwhelmed in food production (organic farming) with aim of providing a better packaging solution of high quality 3ply bag, This realized in collaboration with Perdue University in United States. 3ply bag is cost effective to keep food produce for .longer periods off pests and rodents thus engaging/ enabling food security, distribution, poverty alleviation through stability of the food supply and high income revenues for farmers.
BAH-FX project also has a justice extension service towards peace and prosperity of small businesses or traders we aim to support. This involves remotely accessing justice providers to mediate most of the shady deals and transactions that businesses in the supply chain experience regularly. The AT HAUSE team was mentored by the Hague Institute for Innovation of Law to identify gaps in the justice sector and propose a user friendly BAH-FX solution towards sustainable development goal 16.
BAH-FX project has a planet ambition of designing bio degredable water retention polymers that store water in soils for long periods to combat drought effects that affect millions of farmers. Farmers will worry less, irrigate and store safe in 3ply bags to increase production for supply into BAH-FX supply chain to increase returns and prosperity of traders, wholesalers and retailers.

Having had an education from farm revenues, i identified poor packaging of agricultural produce as a great challenge farmers face alongside prolonged drought that is a result of climate change. Farmers often get cheated by traders because farmers sell quickly for fear of insects and rot. Food is often cooked on charcoal thus lots of emissions affecting climate and limited low cost renewable energy alternatives.
Please explain how your selected topic areas are influenced, in the local context of your project (1,000 characters).
Peace is influenced by rising conflicts due income inequality. The Hague institute for innovation of Law(HiiL) estimates 88% of Ugandans facing high costs and difficult in resolving justice problems. BAH-FX helps farmers and traders to remotely access justice providers for easy compliant trades or deals.
Prosperity has been impacted by post harvest losses. About thirty percent of the value in Uganda’s agricultural supply chain between farmers and consumers is lost to rot, insects, birds and other pests. (Estimates range from twenty to forty percent.) Many attempts have been made to reduce these post-harvest losses, but almost all have failed because they aim directly at changing the behavior of small farmers, who are well known for their conservatism and resistance to changes pressed on them by organizations not directly involved in the supply chain.
Planet has been impacted by prolonged drought an high carbon emissions. BAHFX is developing low carbon and water retention mechanisms.
