What happened at the start of our 2018 Challenge?
In the Ideas phase, we called on our global community to submit current projects or proposals focused on the Challenge topic: solutions addressing urgent global challenges at the intersection of peace, prosperity, and planet in radically new ways. We accepted proposals until 5p PST on Monday June 4th.
If you're curious to learn more about the Challenge, read the Challenge Brief for more information on this important topic, and check out our Evaluation Criteria for details on the requirements and submission guidelines. Below you'll find more helpful resources, toolkits and how-tos that guided our community through the Challenge experience.

Toolkits & How-tos:
We hosted our Community Webinars on Tuesday May 22 at 4p PST and Wednesday May 23 at 7:30a PST. The webinars introduced the Challenge team, gave an overview of the 2018 BrideBuilder Challenge, shared tips and tricks for success, and closed with a Q+A. View the Webinar Recording Here, and the Shared Downloadable Content Here.
To make this Challenge accessible to our global community, we translated the Challenge Brief and the Challenge Evaluation Criteria into multiple languages. Check out the list of translated resources for a version in your language. Unfortunately, we were only able to evaluate proposals in English, and if submitting in English was not possible for a team, we asked them to submit earlier, and send a note at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional support. Although we couldn't promise capacity to read and evaluate in other languages, we did our best to provide the necessary support.
