We had a training with women in the community to great a gap in growing others youths in the community to enhance the youths within their region. This was done to push women in the frontier to enrich the outreach in having more women entrepreneur teach and train others so the chain can grow.

Growing young minds from upper grades and lower grades in schools and university to understand the vocational studies on hand craft and artisan job for example carpentry, bead making and jewelry, hat making, hair styling will increase more productive youths and give rise to better understanding the need for more production outputs among our youths in Nigerian.
We are faced with a lots of hand feeding young men and women and this is because the lack of jobs have retrogressed so badly and for this reason crime rates and more atrocities are committed by different groups of youths due to lack of employment.
Why we continued training on the merchandise of re grooming youths with entrepreneurship and leadership training at every point when we train, building a balance at this point is for each youths to also learn a particular skills and approach to enable him/ her start up a business's.
Presently with an online presence we have set up an online tutoring network , THE BUSINESS START( SME ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT) UP to reach and cover a wider range of youths hence who need help to build businesses from very small margin to a sustainable income.

Our successful beneficiaries are from age 12years - 16 years and 22 years - 35 years in different age range and build up during the training model and this chain process of training is for government schools in very poor regions in Nigeria were they suffer the need to thrive for survival in poor hardship of the economy , hence they are taught how to produce and sell at the best meaning full way by teaching them how to fish and earn a living rather than resulting to crime, hence this promotes peace.

The need to have more leaders and entrepreneurs is laid with the fundamentals of proper training rather than the youths learning just baking , they are also best equipped and groomed with the first thought on how they can train others with what they have learned hence the chain - chain process is were we compare to living meaningful in existence to transfer knowledge, this makes it much beneficiaries hence we monitor our pool process of trainers and check regularly both offline and online.
Similar models run this model, without sensitized the youths on the needs and importance on being trained before the model introduce , hence then loose the tendency's of the Strong embroidered action to sustainable growth and not partial .

Leojacin foundation is a non profit organisation which was founded six years ago and has created diverse means to empower youths and children to be productive and have sustainable growths in improving the society .

As a students in my level year 2 , I started up a business's with N4500 naira in Nigeria and grew my income to about N300000 in my final year after 2years later and hence I decided never to leave school and be afraid of starting up my business hence I decided to equip other youths .
I met a young child going to school, his school bags torn, I stopped and gave him one of my kids bags and told the child to learn to sew the bag and how easy it is.

Please explain how your selected topic areas are influenced, in the local context of your project (1,000 characters).
There a lot of crime and violence in Nigeria and the centralized area of the south region and we hope to implement the strides of reducing militancy in that area , the need to create a balance with implementation and survey of this tool and menace is increase job opportunities and businesses for the youths by training and giving the vision to build youths with identifiable interest of increasing products in Nigeria.
Who will work alongside your organization in the project idea? (1,000 characters)
We work with local government and head of schools to make it more easier to get the target youths listen and co operate, . The moment of acceptance by the school there's a mobilized areas the kids are accessible and reach quickly . The schools makes us utilise our support system.
We worked with a secondary in delta state and we had 64 students who started off and at a later the number grew to 73, this training was for one week,
The students produced individual projects and amazingly we had great achievement so far from trained staffs .

The community of youths in Nigeria is millions of youths and the percentage of unemployment is massive ,so the rational of youths we want to build is so large for 36 states and 25- 25 local government . The statistics in delta state Nigeria is a stronger level of supporting youths will give rise to interest.
