Hey Camilo!
Sounds good! Some time ago I worked in a related project to innovate SENA education services. The project stated that disability comes with “superpowers“, so for example blind could be incredibly skilled with hearing, tasting, focusing, memory, etc. Those superpowers could be the “Value proposition“ for the disability university, and opening career opportunities for them.
