Explain your idea

There are young high school students and elementary school children, without getting involved with cultural and artistic activities. Or take the initiative to turn them into use of their free time. Older adults socially and productively marginalized with different knowledge. And people with various disabilities who have basic knowledge of agriculture, and participate in artistic proposals, but do not have a space to generate productivity processes.

Who Benefits?

Space for the neighborhood of a district of Bogota, for the community. It is a proposal of an inclusive, innovative nature for the cultural and social development of the inhabitants. They will be given knowledge in artistic areas such as theater, puppets and modeling in plasticine, accompanied by cultural practices such as urban agriculture, gastronomy, processing of vegetables in food products, recycling and use of solid and organic waste in an environment Of healthy coexistence, collective work and exchange of knowledges and experiences.

How is your idea unique?

It is an advanced proposal that, in addition to raising awareness about human and social sustainability, linked to the concept of permaculture, makes them understand it more broadly, where social, cultural, artistic and environmental aspects allow open new fields to experiment and Thinking about community, to produce social inclusion and (re) connection with nature. It is also new for being present in productivity for which there will be sessions of marketing of products of the land and seed exchange, live music, healthy food, talks and cultural activities.

Idea Proposal Stage

  • Prototyping: I have done some small tests or experiments with prospective users to continue developing my idea.
  • Piloting: I have started to implement my solution as a whole with a first set of real users.
  • Full-scale roll-out: I have completed a pilot and analyzed the impact of that pilot on the users I am trying to reach with my idea. I am ready to expand the pilot significantly.

Hi Gustavo!

Thank you for sharing your project. Would you tell me how it bridges two or more of peace, planet and prosperity?

What is the plan for the implementation of the project? What will you achieve over the next 1,2 and 3 years?

If two or more projects contribute to the same goal of peace, planet and prosperity, they can be united by a third project of expression or communication that dynamizes its participants and allows them to find novelties, such as new management models.
The implementation plan aims to establish in a year a space with stable agricultural production, an appreciable number of users, approximately 100; A network of local farmers, a suitable number of 50 regular customers and a proportionate number of casual customers, two or three articulated colleges and monthly product exchange days; From the two years it is expected to have a consolidated agricultural process, a school of agriculture in operation and permanent artistic activities.
