EXPLAIN YOUR IDEA

WHO BENEFITS?

If certain food storage methods are used such as preserving in glass jars or cans, food can be stored for later when weather ruins a crop, winter or to sell.

WHERE WILL YOUR IDEA BE IMPLEMENTED?

Most of my ideas can be used anywhere in the world. Underground storage depends on soil, moisture and probably other factors.

ARE YOU IMPLEMENTING IN AN ELIGIBLE COUNTRY?

  • This idea is meant to inspire - I hope someone else takes it on!

EXPERTISE IN SECTOR

  • I do not have experience working in a sector related to my idea

EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTATION COUNTRY(IES)

  • Not yet.

TELL US MORE ABOUT YOU!

I am an individual who just wanted to contribute. I am from the Boston, MA area in the United States. I do not work in any field related to the suggestions I have made.

Underground storage cellars, composting decaying fruits & veggies for use or sale, dry or can extra produce before it rots, set up businesses for this process and/or use extra produce for animal feed. Seeds can be extracted from some fruits and vegetables to be used for later or to sell.  Silos may be used for grains.
