"Green Bag" Technology for Farmers

Ethylene gas absorbers are inserted in or around produce to absorb produces' ripening gases and prevent spoilage. Produce lasts longer and can help more fruits and vegetables reach markets.

I am a mom who buys produce and used to have it spoil. We use "green bags" to save our produce at home and it works! I believe they can help farmers, too. How wonderful to be able to save more food from spoiling so more families can eat.

We will provide farmers with ethylene gas absorbers for use in storage, transport and selling of fresh produce. Ethylene gas absorbers are lightweight, easy-to-use pouches, bags and inserts that extend the life of fruits and vegetables.
