This is Value addition to Agro-Biomass products to impacting several Industrial sectors. this tech. product is applicable to stabilizing dusty feeder roads to make the roads less dusty and water resistant as an alternative to Asphalt concrete. This stability is reversible on through a very simple but very uncommon technique if desired unlike asphaltic concrete which is irreversible and has no secondary waste value. The road network in Nigeria consist of 57% Rural feeder roads and this project would be a game changer for a country that spends 24% of it’s annual budget on road maintenance . The world’s largest producer of Cassava is Nigeria and the main raw material for this product is Cassava derived . This product would help the farmers and also help government reduce national road maintenance budget by 50% in NIGERIA The benefit for the farmers are ease of transporting perishable goods to market and this would translate to better price bargaining power against middlemen . Less stress and dust-free roads also encourages farmers' interest to reach markets. Secondly the road durability round the year with erosion prevention during rains and dust suppression during dry season .and this translates to healthy and economic well-being of farmers and rural dweller

COMPARATIVE ADVANTAGES :

• Other products are single use one-way reaction product whose mal- functioning can not be corrected in case of human error of application ; Our Product can be reversed on request

• Scraped failed portion would have no waste value and can only be dumped; Our reversed soil product can be run as a virgin soil again

• Other effective products are very expensive e.g Organosilanes but Our product is based on our proprietary In-house modification of age long mercerization theory of reacting cellulose with bases .popularly used in the Textile industries.

• We supplanted the age long base known to chemistry with another cheaper alternative complex salt to replace the popular single base salt very well known in chemistry.

• Our product is soluble in water in all dilution rates and completely becomes water insoluble in matrix with soil substrates concrete and not water repellant which . allows water/rain to sink below the binder depth and poses no threat to durability as the bond surface soil is formed in to a matrix of the cellulose and soil permanently ,

• Our product is safe to touch, taste and exposure.

All other parameters like weight to soil ratio , cost per soil weight and ease of application make our product to be at an advantage to the competing products due to high agri-material and cheap contents.
