The Atopic dermatitis Educator
The atopic dermatitis educator is a virtual reality and bot system to educate children and adolescents about atopic dermatitis at school.
Please elaborate on your proposed solution to the challenge in no more than 300 words.
I experienced atopic dermatitis when I was at school and it was really difficult for me to deal with it because I would scratch my arms and legs at night and appeared next day at school with a severe skin rash that people would look at me wondering what is that about. So, I believe that this type of bullying can be tackled by providing education about it in a fun and healthy way where children and adolescents are educated knowing is something completely normal that can happen to people. The idea of educating can be immersed in a virtual reality bot experience as an education program to learn about atopic dermatitis, what it can do and how we can help people with it. So, it encourages supporting other people that has it.
