What problem does the idea help to solve and how does your solution work? (2,000 characters maximum)

Challenges: Ever since 1955/60s/80s/90s and up to 2013 up the local community members of Rejaf are not in harmony due to the numerous national conflicts. Therefore, these conflicts created the following challenges: 1- Long term insecurity and lack of peace 2- Unstable community 3- Illiteracy and Educational gapes in the community generations 4- Unproductive situation across the villages of Rejaf 5- Nonstop Poverty in families 6- Poor healthy situations in general 7- Poor infrastructure, no schools, hospital and good housing Overall Goal • To overcome suffering upon community members of Rejaf East and build a peaceful and sustainable community in education, economic growth, health, and sociocultural dimensions. Objectives • To rehabilitate and resettle the conflicts-affected community members of Rejaf East • Way Forward: • To overcome these challenges and create change in the community, J and K Enterprises and its Community Leaders Team and together with local partners will have two phases’ arrangement which are deliverable as a way forward, in achieving the overall goal and objective of the idea and will meet the perspective of Bridge Builder™ 2019 Challenge: People on the Move; under the title: Welcome Back, Be Stabled Work For Peace and Progress in Your Community. Therefore, the two phases are as follows: A- Phase One (Vertical and Theoretical Setups) 1st: Delivery of Legal Formation and Registration program to 10 major sub-communities along Rejaf East; including the following sub-villages: Gumba, Gudege, Tokiman, Mogoro, Rejaf Center, Kolye Loggo, Nyonke an 2nd: Delivery of Comprehensive Trainings and coaching. 3rd: Construction of Community Resourceful Center Network System (CRCNS) , with learning tools, internet and conference and meeting hall. B- Phase Two (Horizontal Action) 1- Fencing cultivable land of 10,000 fedans “local measurement, use in South Sudan” (70 X 60 meters X10, 000) 42,000,000 meters square 2- Provisions

Nation/country: South Sudan, in East Africa Region: Equatoria is a region in the country of South Sudan, a region of three major states of Eastern Equatoria, Central Equatoria and Western Equatoria States respectively. State: Central Equatoria is one of the regional states of Equatoria region. Currently Central Equatoria is broken into:- "Jubek State", Terekeka State and Yei River State City: Juba is the city of Jubek State. Rejaf: Is the center where the activities of the idea to be.

To overcome trauma, restore confident and build trust among community members by:- Empowering peaceful-coexistence: 1- Peacebuilding activities, based on Actual-PEACE process: I- Truth II- Justice III- Reconciliation IV- Liberty V- Freedom VI- Just-peace IIX Progress and XI- Love. 2- Resettlement Program to original villages 3- Launching of sustainable economic growth trainings in the fields of: A- Agricultural Production and Productivity actions B- Capacity in Agribusiness C- Technolog

What human need is your idea solving for? (1,000 characters)

First: By postering the spirit of law and rule of LAW among the community members "groups of youth, women and leaders" by conduct number workshop, conferences and meetings of: - Human Rights. - Self Reliant. - Sustainability. - General Awareness on social, political and cultural development - Climate Change and Globalization Secondly: Delivering formations of organize associations, cooperative societies, unions Thirdly: Establishment of a network base center; wherein, the inputs system can work out possibilities and positively introduces local organized community members to partners and resourceful institutions for advantages of communities; respectively towards the future of sustainable development. Fortly: Provision of food for work, at starts of community working groups; in fields of agriculture, education (teaching) and other similar activities that need to be carried out and need service in form of food or others needs such as medication, transport or clean water.

What will be different within the community of focus as a result of implementing your idea? (1,000 characters)

Results: 1- Will rise the consciousness of the local community members in term of A- Community members will live the real Meaning of Peace and Stability B- Future Impact, to do good planning in various activities; at family, group and commonial bassis. C- Actions Deliveries in agricultural program will be achievable D- Community production and productivity as well sustainable impact will be determined three to six year plan

Describe the dynamics of the community in which the idea is to be implemented. (1,000 characters)

Community of Rejaf East. Rejaf location is about ten "10" kilometer South of Juba City, The population of the community of Rejaf East is 15,000 HHs Rejaf Population are having ten "10" main villages as actual locations or sub-small villages More than 70% of the population of Rejaf are displaced and are not in their respective original villages. Those population are living in camps, islands and other are away in regugge due to the following wars: [ War from 1983 to 2005] (Between North Sudan and South Sudan), [War of 2013] (Between South Sudanese Communities and Society), and [War from 2016 - up to recent (Between South Sudanese). The community of Rejaf East is now affected by these wars and a big number of community members are cut out from their villages as a result of these fights during and after. The major CHALLENGE at the moment is how to develop a plan of resettling back the community members of Rejaf East to their respective villages and from here the idea kicks off.

How does your idea leverage and empower community strengths and assets to help create an environment for success? (1,000 characters)

Tell us more about your group or organization [or lived experience as a displaced person?] (1000 characters)

As a victim of the first war of Sudan; 1960s and my father was gunned down as a result I got myself as an orphan who struggled in both living and education, moving across form Yambio, Juba, Malakal, Kosti, Khartoum, Wau, Tong, Wau and back again to Juba (Twons and city of then Sudan) in 1975, it never took long then by 1983 another war did beak out between South Sudan and North Sudan. In 1993, I joined University education in North Sudan and fished my University education "with Diploma in Management " 1996. By 2000 to 2012 in Khartoum, I was voluntarily teaching Secondary level displaced students from South Sudanese communities in Khartoum. In 2012, I came back from Khartoum as Displaced Professional Administrator and Teacher by experience, then: "no plot, no house of my own, no money and no job, only displacement". I started a training of Agribusiness in Juba 2013 and turn later as Agribusiness Consultant, as well Grassroots Developer,.. and later formed J and K Enterprises

The issue of religious is part of the problem; by then Sudan - North Muslim Arab and South Christian Africa. But after that, South Sudan is now an independent nation, so there is no religious issue at the moment but tribal issues which need greater educative and developmental efforts to resolve. About poverty, that why I put ways toward production and productivity. Inputs for education, training, health, economic growth as well peace building (Truth, Justice, Reconciliation, Liberty, Freedom, Just-peace, Progress and Love ) which one of the central dimension to determine really stability, harmony and bring both internal displacement refugee to an end, I think there are several techniques if we give more ideas for changing the situation of displacement. Rehabilitation that by returning the villagers into their respective original villages than just to go greener: reopen their previous and start doing progress through their formed cooperative societies, associations and other organized bodies.
