Ghanaian’s between the ages of 18 to 40 years travel to Libya in search of jobs.
Unfortunately their dream of greener Life is cut abrupt with horror of slavery and torture unimaginable.
These Ghanaians migrants are capture placed in labor camp to use to the bidding of their slaves master, their organs are harvested and sold on the black market.
Very sad right it get worse relatives are contacted back home to pay huge ransoms for the release of their loved one unfortunately most of these lack the financial muscles needed to save their loved ones.
Tmts tracks, rescues, find job and trains migrants and refugees in the go with employable Skills.
That provide sustainable livelihood give true hope for the future.
This creates a political problem in Ghana as government had to spend money to save of the luck ones leaving the rest to their date.
TMTS solves the migration headache totally.
The journey begins when a potential migrant first registers their biographical information into the database then TSTM takes over.
The system has a real time tracking option tracking every step of the migrant journey Ghanaians have the fundamental right to travel ,Tmts ensures that a migrants travel journey become totally safe.
In an extreme where the migrant is abducted the system can track the real time locate of the migrant to make a successful rescue.
Our mission is making migration process safe and also financially empowering migrants.
Tmts provides video tutorials in skill set training for migrants on the move.
Through a skill relevance query to match the talents with available openings in their new community.

During last year, the migrant criss within. Africa and Europe .
I was troubled by the event , 20 year old man lost his life in Libya he was his mother first born soon.
From my investigation it was revealed that the kidnappers demanded a ransom which the mother failed to meet.
Listening to the story a question kept occurring on my way home what can someone do to prevent this from happening.
Them The solution clicked.
Ghana also has an influx in many migrant from neighbouring regions,due to lack of a mechanism to track migration movement within the Sub region to assist in proper planning of our city's.
This has created a problematic situations in Accra,
1/ Strain of public resources namely electricity and water.
2/Rivalry between local traders and foreign traders.
3/ Increase in crime ay kidnappings.

They are also equipped with the necessary information needed to to effectively manage the resources of their communities and also any addition resource available for migrants.
The platform is embedded with a master class video to teach migrants and refugees news skills sets.

I will be working with 275 local district assemblies in Ghana to begin the extent the phase of the project to the various regions in Ghana.
I also open to working other on this platform will similar ideas.
The project will receive support from the ministry of local government offices nationwide.
In every district I will be working with the assembly officers with 5 volunteers to gather data on migration.

I have personally been for a when i was 8 years i also had a relative who was displaced through floods in the capital city in Ghana.
I saw how he suffered just to get their life back on track sadly no database exited to manage real time information in Ghana.
Migration is serious global issue i intend to solve this problem.
