What problem does the idea help to solve and how does your solution work? (2,000 characters maximum) attempts to overcome the gap between the underprivileged group and upper-class community in Indonesia in terms of healthcare services. Actually, government attempts to overcome this issue by providing them with BPJS (The Indonesian Health Insurance System) insurance; but some of the medical treatment still need to conduct since their health problems are not in the list of BPJS financing. Still, in this sense, we might assume that not all people deserve their medical treatment for their health problems due to economic issues. All people deserve their life, as well as healthcare service to solve their health problem to continue life. There are no other alternatives except working with volunteer and raise the crowdfunding for a donation from potential donors. The fundamental part of this initiative is donation flow and donors. Therefore, in order to sustain our initiative, offers rigid regulation and stages to distribute donation and assist underprivileged patients. In this sense, assists underprivileged patients get their medication treatment through several stages: (1) Patients Registration and (2) Fundraising Activities. In the first stage (patients registration), the potential proposer will access our website to obtain the required documents to be prepared for the patient’s registration. The proposer will search for information regarding patients’ medical condition and verify the patient condition to raise the funding. The administrator will input the data and publish the information massively in the period limit. After completing the crowdfunding process, will distribute collected donations to targeted patients. This program has been applied for two years since the first year of operated in June 2017. By using the digital approach, social media, and the power of volunteerism, this platform has attracted people around Indonesia, particularly underprivileged patients.

The underprivileged group who cannot afford for health funding. Health is a fundamental human right, therefore attempts to create a new ecosystem of the healthcare system in Indonesia. All the people in Indonesia, in particular, the disadvantaged group who cannot afford for healthcare service. We want them to feel the ease, speed, and openness of our healthcare assistance since provide patients with a holistic healthcare system.

Building Bridges: What bridge does your idea build between people on the move and neighbors towards a shared future of stability and promise? (500 characters) attempts to build health access between people on the move and neighbors. We believe that access, particularly health access, can bring people into prosperity and stability of life since health is a fundamental human right. Yet, to access healthcare services, some group of people still need to suffer. This because of economic issue. with its crowdfunding and holistic healthcare system (promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative) is willing to create impact.

What human need is your idea solving for? (1,000 characters)

Healthcare service. initiative goes beyond the common culture and lifestyle of healthcare service in Indonesia. utilizes digital approach, social media and the power of volunteerism to assist underprivileged patients to get access to health. Until this day, has 862 followers in Facebook Fanpage, about 43 is accounted as the number of followers on Twitter, 9564 followers on Instagram. Moreover, has succeeded to invite more than 100 volunteers and 5000 donors to participate in this initiative. Through this approach, can gather a wider community to help people in need.

What will be different within the community of focus as a result of implementing your idea? (1,000 characters)

This program has been applied for two years since the first year of operated in June 2017. By using digital approach, social media, and the power of volunteerism, this platform has attracted people around Indonesia, particularly people who have a low level of economic background to get well-treated medication and people who have a high level of concern in humanity issues. To date, most of the patients have been helped by are 0-77 years old. From January until June 2019, has received 220 patients with various kinds of illness, starting from mild until serious illness: Leukemia, Stroke, Epilepsy, Auto-Immune Disease, Cataract, Stump, and Brain Tumor. Moreover, by June 2019, we have received $2500 and the money was distributed to 21 patients all over Indonesia. After a monitoring process month per month, we decide to take 12,5 % from the total amount of donation to be located for developing management fee of program.

What is the inspiration behind your idea? (1,000 characters)'s inspiration comes from the status quo of Indonesian society who live below the poverty line. This is aligned with The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) data. BPS shows that the poverty rate in Indonesia reaches 9,66% or 25,67 million of the total population in Indonesia. This issue becomes one of the significant reason for inaccessible healthcare service. This fact encourages to initiate a solution to help underprivileged patients get their health funding and health assistance since health is a fundamental human right. The story of Abi reveals the fact that there are still many people suffer from their health problems and this issue the most common causes of death. Our initiative is very important since we concern to the fundamental human need. There is no other alternative except working with volunteer and raise the funding to give the patients' healthcare service.

Describe the dynamics of the community in which the idea is to be implemented. (1,000 characters)

Most of the patients have been helped in aged 0 – 77 years old. This circumstance shows that the level of flexibility aspect of can cover everyone get additional financial assistance for medical treatment. Based on the number of collected donations in the 6 months period accounted by above $127 and the money have distributed to 33 patients. Therefore, we commit to developing program in the several aspects such as (1) reaching a wider range of patients and donors, (2) Spreading volunteers recruitment, (3) Platform Optimization.

How does your idea leverage and empower community strengths and assets to help create an environment for success? (1,000 characters) managed to assist patients to go through their health problems. To date, 272 permanent donors are willing to support with 4045 times donations have delivered to us. Throughout 2018, $25.361 was collected and delivers to underprivileged patients. Besides, manages to gather 430 volunteers that come from all over Indonesia. They are willing to propose and look for the patient in need. One of our patients, Khyntia, 5-year-old girl, who has been diagnosed with Leukemia M3 since she was 2 years old. The initial symptoms experienced by Khyntia are a prolonged fever and her stomach become bigger day by day. On the other hand, Khyntia's father has a physical disability but he must continue to work hard to fulfill his family's basic. One of volunteer noticed to Khyantia condition. She registered Khyantia as a patient in need in assist Khanytia by completing her chemotherapy process.

The goal of our organization is to bring the health access to all people in Indonesia, particularly people in need. utilizes social media to develop programs that related to commercialization strategy such as (1) Customer engagement, (2) Creative Event Campaign, (3) Active Fundraiser. By this way, we believe, can invite many potentials donors and funding. Besides, also will develop creative events and campaign to promote the program in society.
