What problem does the idea help to solve and how does your solution work? (2,000 characters maximum)

Context: This project will be implemented in 3 sub counties of Kisumu County, namely Kisumu East, Kisumu West and Kisumu Central Sub Counties, a region characterized by negative cultural norms that dis-empower the LGBTIQA and women in access to and control over assets of production. Such cultural practices include wife inheritance that has propagated the spread of HIV/AIDS, wife beating, and prioritization of education of the boy over that of girls. The region is also characterized by a volatile political landscape that is prone to electoral violence that often leave women and girls on the receiving end of sexual abuse and displacement as well as bearing the brunt of broken families. The primary issue (problem) this project seeks to address Many adolescent girls and young women have limited control over their sexual and reproductive health rights, while fewer of them have access to and control over productive assets leading to rising economic disparity between men and women. Still, gender-based violence and child marriage with limited access to violence protection and empowerment of survivors have left them to become mere recipients rather than active participants in decisions that have direct impact over their lives. This project seeks to reverse these drivers of vulnerability among adolescent girls and young women in Kisumu County.

Dear Joel Alex Olang! What an insightful design. Nonetheless, if normal girls and women are this helpless, what could be of disabled girls and women? Disabled persons are the most vulnerable in all things and at all times. So, is there any provision in this design to accommodate their special needs within the general concern of this solution?
