What problem does the idea help to solve and how does your solution work? (2,000 characters maximum)

Parkers Mobile Clinic clinic is a movable clinic which will provide healthcare services at the doorstep of displaced people. We will deploy movable vans equipped with medical facilities and health personnels to deliver healthcare services at the doorstep of our target audience.We also offer emergency ambulance services at sites of accidents and other medical emergencies. With no health facilities, displaced people living in communities face serious difficulty to convey their sick relatives to hospitals in the cities due to difficult terrain and lack of routine transport services. As a result, thousands of then die every year because they are unable to access life-saving treatment.The goal of the Mobile Clinic is to achieve the highest attainable standard of health for these people. Our main distribution channel is through a mobile van ,through which we move from homes to homes to render healthcare services. We will advertise our services through Radio, social media channels and community outreaches.

I will target people living in northern Nigeria because this area is affected by crisis and terrorism.

My idea will improve the healthcare status of people on the move and create equality in healthcare access between people on the move and neighbors.

What human need is your idea solving for? (1,000 characters)

My idea solve the problem of inaccessibility to basic healthcare services.It meets the basic need of accessibility to timely and effective healthcare service

What will be different within the community of focus as a result of implementing your idea? (1,000 characters)

My idea will impact positively on the healthcare status of displaced people. I will measure the impact of my proposed project through the following means : * Estimation of the average life expectancy of my target audience * Measurement of the prevalence of common ailments and diseases among the target audience

What is the inspiration behind your idea? (1,000 characters)

I was inspired to work on this idea due to the empathetic feeling which I have towards inhabitants of northern Nigeria who have been displaced far away from their homes as a result of wars and other crisis.

How does your idea leverage and empower community strengths and assets to help create an environment for success? (1,000 characters)

I will be working with a community of highly empowered people.

What other partners or stakeholders will work alongside you in implementing the idea, if any? (1,000 characters)

I will work with the Government, NGOs, Hospitals and philanthropists in the implementation of this idea.
