What problem does the idea help to solve and how does your solution work? (2,000 characters maximum)

The problem. Millions of people fleeing their countries of origin because of unbearable conditions of poverty, natural disaster and violence, face growing discrimination and anti-immigrant laws throughout their journey, exposing them to growing violence and forcing them to take higher risks and segregating them from the rest of society. The RootCauses. Misinformation, fear and prejudice are at the root of this problem, but in recent years, as migration flows grow, the anti-immigrant agenda has also grown, by the hand of leaders that benefit from it. False ideas and fueling fears have taken stigmatization, criminalization, violence and re-victimization against migrant & families to unprecedented levels. The Goal. Use technology, community organizing, public education and art, to empower youth in transiting and receiving communities to access and promote fact-driven information and a human-rights approach to human mobility. The Strategy: developing the first online campaign to promote social, cultural integration in strategic transiting and destination communities in Mexico. Also, an online-offline methodology to inspire, mentor and support youth committees promoting integration and local actions

Hi Marco Castillo! It is insightful to design for refugees and displaced persons who are always vulnerable to many vagaries of their new environment. However, disabled persons are worst hit in all conditions of natural disaster, violence, social and economic instabilities, besides ranking as the most vulnerable group of all times. So, is there any provision in this design to accommodate their special needs in this mentoring and training solution?
