What problem does the idea help to solve and how does your solution work? (2,000 characters maximum)

To date, InMed is an app that focuses to give easy, fast, and equal access to health service among Indonesian citizens without any distinction; whether it comes from the rural/urban area or poor/rich family. Toward this, InMed is helping Indonesian citizens to get easy, fast and equal access without worrying about the fee, the distance between their home to the nearest clinics/hospitals. Also, Inmed is being one of the solutions to help Indonesian citizens feel and experience the best health service given by professional health service anytime and anywhere. As we know that a lot of Indonesian citizens lived below the poverty line which causes them can't get and experience the best and proper health service. Although the government has provided free health insurance, not all of the public health facilities are giving the proper health service to them. That is why, InMed come with the innovation that helps all Indonesian citizens to get, feel and experience the best and proper health service. Also, to date, all the features in InMed are free to use.

This innovation of InMed is currently applied in Indonesia. But, this innovation and idea of InMed can be applied to another region, country or community as long they have an internet connection and Android phone. Plus, we also have a partnership with some institution/organizations/community to help the people who don't have an Android phone to get and feel the proper and the best health service given by InMed. Also, InMed is gaining crowdfunding to help the poor patient to pay their medication.

Building Bridges: What bridge does your idea build between people on the move and neighbors towards a shared future of stability and promise? (500 characters)

We connect the patients with professional health workers, especially to have the best and proper health service. Also, we focus on helping Indonesian citizens to get equal health service without any distinction. This idea still can be applied for a long term of period as long as people have an internet connection, an Android phone, and of course the demand for getting the best health service.

What human need is your idea solving for? (1,000 characters)

InMed is solving on health areas. As we know that healthcare is a fundamental right should own by every person. In fact, a lot of people still can't get and experience the best health service due to some reasons. That's why InMed is coming to solve this problem and giving equal and easy health service to everyone.

What will be different within the community of focus as a result of implementing your idea? (1,000 characters)

As we aim to implement a new model of healthcare services in Indonesia and make Indonesian people considering medical cares more as a comfortable experience than before, with InMed, we want to anchor in Indonesian minds that being cured is a right and not a privilege. Therefore, the InMed services program allows patients to benefit from new kind of health facilities in Indonesia, which is in safe hands and still cost-effective. What will distinguish us from the other forms of health services is that we are where the patients need us: directly into their house.

What is the inspiration behind your idea? (1,000 characters)

Indonesia‘s healthcare system is rated as one of the poorest of any Asian country. More than 28 million (11 percent of the population) live below the poverty line of $17 a month and about half the population have incomes below $60 a month. Accordingly, the national ambulance services are available through limited throughout the whole country. This makes the Indonesian healthcare system become more precarious and our healthcare services program even more challenging to implement. Moreover, the amount of health centers in Indonesia still needs to be improved in many aspects. There are 7,550 Units of Health Center, 22,002 Units of Sub Health Center, and 6,132 Units of The Rest Health Center. Although the basic health services they exist in all districts, equity and affordability of health care is still a constraint. According to data obtained by the Department of Health and forum built this Local Government Agency, 40 percent of people still go to traditional healers.

Describe the dynamics of the community in which the idea is to be implemented. (1,000 characters)

We want to decrease and clear the unequal healthcare access faced by Indonesia citizens nowadays. To this end, we aim to provide high-quality healthcare services and this directly at the patient‘s residences. Because our ambition is boundless, our services have also no limits: rich or poor, close or far, everyone is eligible to be treated. Because providing this kind of services in a country still on the road to development is priceless, we firmly believe you can trust us! We would be delighted to see you taking part in the unique and amazing InMed experience and to have the privilege to benefit from (1) Access to a wide range of qualified health professionals (medical doctors, nurses, midwives, nutritionists, psychologists, and physiotherapists) from home; (2) Online health consultation; (3) Possibility to schedule an emergency appointment 24/7

How does your idea leverage and empower community strengths and assets to help create an environment for success? (1,000 characters)

With InMed, we are targeting every Indonesian people without distinction. Indonesian population is 261,438,987 and 52 million of them use gadgets they have to provide them with information, including to saturate their needs. We believe health care is a fundamental human right and thus nothing should be a barrier to its access. With InMed, we cut the time and distance and make medical services access easier and of better quality for the great benefit. The main market that we plan to launch our startup is to the health connection using mobile apps and website. At InMed, we are connecting health workers and the patients, so we open to collaborating with any kind of qualified and experienced health workers, including the national insurance sets up by the government. Even though our project is far from being innovative abroad, in Indonesia it is a new departure for its healthcare system and therefore for its own people.

What other partners or stakeholders will work alongside you in implementing the idea, if any? (1,000 characters)

Indonesian Red Crescent (BSMI) and Institute of Health Sciences (STIKES) of Mataram Each of the parties has their own responsibilities such as InMed as the first party will provide the information needed by the second and the third parties, especially related to the opportunities available for the professional health workers. While the second and the third parties are responsible to provide the professional health workers to give health service to the InMed's users.

InMed is a platform which allows patients to be treated at home with qualified and well-experienced health workers, making them benefit from the most comfortable, accurate and suitable services. This program aims to make a meaningful impact on Indonesian society by extending the medical assistance from the urban zones to the rural ones. It is also essential to us to change the behavior of health workers toward their patients, and invite them to work more on this essential relationship of trust that should exist between them and which has been a significant issue since now. In this way, we want Indonesian people to feel the difference, value it, and make greater use of our unique healthcare services in Indonesia
