What problem does the idea help to solve and how does your solution work? (2,000 characters maximum)

As one of the people on the move, we feel we must be very good not only to our immediate displaced neigbours but also to our host communities. The entire idea is to ensure that the whole human race be assisted, be it black or white, displaced or stable. Formal education alone must not be the only way out. The problem with us in Africa today if not the whole world is that everybody wants to go to school and acquire theoretical knowledge whether that ends up with their in-built talent or not, they care less. The end result is that schools produce graduates who find themselves in jobs they are dispassionate about and guess what; there is a whole lot of backlash associated with this phenomenon: low productivity, poor performances, laziness, lies, theft, false accountabilities among others. We must not continue putting a square peg in a round hole and that is why we feel a new trend and turn must be adopted. Each and everyone of us, irrespective of the background, was created with some unique qualities specific to him or her. God being so good, humanity must tap into a somebody's particular talent to move to the next level. However, what we are witnessing in today's world, is a totally different thing. Can we take a while to think through on how this world/life would have been if people had been left to go with what they have into this with? There would have definitely been a higher development in all aspects leading to a super best world. Our concept could not have any image or video since it's a fresh idea being worked on with a high possibility of success. We won't hesitate to provide detailed information by the time a possible implementation may be underway.

As such, starting with our refugee community, we want to open a forum where people get educated first on this new trend and identify people with specific talents ready to be helped and get their in-built talent unleashed and showcased to the world. Though this is tailored for refugees only, we believe that the whole world can adopt it in order to render people more industrious, happy and successful.

Building Bridges: What bridge does your idea build between people on the move and neighbors towards a shared future of stability and promise? (500 characters)

We want to put on record that the target communities are the refugee camps in Ghana but the whole idea got generated upon noticing how some people could become better and exceptional if they had proper support. We have concrete examples and this made us believe that there would definitely be others out there with equally important special talent even in the host nations. As such,this opportunity would bridge the gap so that whoever needs help so as to be better could be supported from both ends.

What human need is your idea solving for? (1,000 characters)

We do not wish to raise a generation full of irresponsible beings characterized by a lot of social vices otherwise, host communities would be contaminated if an appropriate solution is not found to ensure that proper use of human talent is put in place. We are therefore bridging gaps in between host communities and refugee camps as talent in either way would be considered for development. If properly managed, we will definitely go beyond physiological human needs and raise very responsible and self reliant people for our communities. This is because, people would tend to enjoy whatever they are into and ensure the best results are achieved. They would also be innovative in their various fields. Passion would be would be their motivator and guess what we would gradually be getting closer to human autonomy.

What will be different within the community of focus as a result of implementing your idea? (1,000 characters)

First of all, the entire concept is action-driven because for proof of qualification, an applicant would definitely need to showcase something. This would require an action likewise every stage of our implementation. We want to see people tirelessly involved in what they are so very much passionate about. Our evaluation criteria together with interviews and observation would be tools to determine the progress of the project. The first phase of our implementation is sensitization through mass education of the community under discussion. We will then proceed with action per the people's self identification in relation to their talent. Proof of their talent would be enough to get them through with whatever support we deem right in order to maximise and magnify their talent.

What is the inspiration behind your idea? (1,000 characters)

In most of our communities where people go to school to acquire theoretical knowledge because that has become the order of the day, we feel this is too abusive. This is why we would continue to see people fail in schools because they were not created with that. We think that people must enjoy what they do and be wiling to do more. This can only happen when we allow people to go for their choices in the domain of their talent and not what the modern trend is forcing on them. Truth be told, in our part of the world, one can just tell by observation that a particular person must be doing a particular thing where he or she could excel better but surprisingly, that fellow is rather involved in something else he or she isn't enjoying. Getting inspired by several of such phenomena, we think a new trend must be adopted And followed.

Describe the dynamics of the community in which the idea is to be implemented. (1,000 characters)

As earlier said, most refugees are very vulnerable and live in very deplorable conditions especially without the help of UNHCR and its implementing partners. Again, these are people deprived of many things including the ability to showcase their talent in a free environment. Nevertheless, these fellows have proven time without number what they are capable of with the little opportunity given them, they are always ready to prove humanity wrong through their special nature. We want to leverage on this and give them an opportunity in order to see them come up with their potentials to help the world progress. Again, images and videos could not be provided due our beginning phase. We couldn't with fake Photographs and videos but we are aware of this reality on the ground.

How does your idea leverage and empower community strengths and assets to help create an environment for success? (1,000 characters)

Our community is full dispassionate people who are only involved in a task or a job they do not have interest in. The frustration in them makes them bitter every now and then. The natural man wants to be seen doing what he likes best and not what someone may think is best for him or her. To get this project through, this is one of the greatest strengths which would spearhead the success of our project.

What other partners or stakeholders will work alongside you in implementing the idea, if any? (1,000 characters)

We intend to work with Engage Now Africa which is a non-profit non-governmental organization making its successful headways in many areas such as education for the less-privileged, rescue race for albinos due to the African perception towards albinos, Literacy for less privileged grown ups among many others.

What we are seeking to do in life is to ensure that the entire human race is real and honest in all activities. Our organization which definitely is a non-profit one practically cares for the vulnerable. More to it is the fact that our part of the world is not developing as expected, basically, due to the fact that most people want to fake personality. They feel what someone is doing well with must definitely find its way to them. The end result is that they try to tow that person’s line and eventually fail. Our organization wants to create an awareness that not everybody must be a footballer, a banker etc… we must start identifying ourselves with our in-built capabilities.
