What problem does the idea help to solve and how does your solution work? (2,000 characters maximum)

Our idea provides it’s clients with unique services both technological and educational that would totally harness the client’s skills and personality both mentally and physical to help them stand any form of challenges by using their abilities to create idea which in turn grows into a physical business that helps the economic system of the country and also reduces the alarming records of unemployment rate knowing that not everyone would become an entrepreneur at the end of the day. With over 60% of youths in the country lacking real touch of human development scheme, LearningMax was designed to take into consideration the development of her client’s cognitive, affective and psycho domain, as these are the three major domain of a complete human. Some of LearningMax features includes: • Human development scheme to help bring out the best of skills and talents • Counselling and guidance on skills application • Mental, Intellectual training and Critical thinking • Human relationship • Technology skills (use of social media) and Computer Based Training • Pitching and Marketing skills • Business Intelligence

The idea targets the African region, Nigeria as a country and Ifako-Ijaiye and Ojokoro community. This community has been targeted because there are lots of young ones who possess exciting talents, skill and abilities but lack the financial strength to develop them for a better and well developed future ahead.

Building Bridges: What bridge does your idea build between people on the move and neighbors towards a shared future of stability and promise? (500 characters)

The idea aim at creating a well developed and stable community that is self dependent and can accommodate any level of human being but the high and low, educated and illiterate who can co-exist in that same community. We want to build a sustainable community for all human.

What human need is your idea solving for? (1,000 characters)

Education is now the number one economic priority in today’s global economy. The pace of change is mandating that we produce an intelligent, smarter and better grade of human being for a much more developed and up-graded society and country. We are solving the problem of poor human development scheme and lack of education. Also beyond joy, hope and dignity, we seek to bridge human fulfillment in their purpose for living. We want to help people understand their purpose and destiny in the Life.

What will be different within the community of focus as a result of implementing your idea? (1,000 characters)

After implementation, the following is expected; 1. A well educated community and individuals 2. A stable community and dependent individuals 3. A technologically inclined community and individuals 4. The community is expected to generate revenue for itself 5. A better life for all young ones and youth in the community

What is the inspiration behind your idea? (1,000 characters)

Our major inspiration is Human development. To enables young ones and youths develop the natural talent and skills, also helping entrepreneurs and small businesses grow with easy despite the challenges.

Describe the dynamics of the community in which the idea is to be implemented. (1,000 characters)

Ojokoro is a community under Ifako-Ijaiye Lagos and also described as an urban area but under developed in aspects of education and human development. Ojokoro occupies some part in the 43 square kilometer land mass of Ifako-Ijaiye with a population of over 427,878. A community can obtain high level sustainability only if human development begins from the foundation or grass root. Ojokoro has lots of children and youths within the community and not up to 30% of this population can boost of passing through a proper educational scheme which develops all their learning domains (Affective, Cognitive and Pyschomotor) which produces a more stable and efficient human being. It is in getting a completely developed human that a community can achieve sustainability.

How does your idea leverage and empower community strengths and assets to help create an environment for success? (1,000 characters)

A training and development session in ojokoro which had over 300 young ones and youths in attendance. This development session was tagged "REMEMBER YOUR DREAMS". We had various intellectual sessions from invited experts that helped the youth understand the principles with always have their dreams in mind and following them up with achievable goals.

D'Brūcke Management and Resource is an educational firm that is designed to stabilize the economic sector of the country through empowerment of the population via technology and skilled educational activities. We train both young (6years -16years) and adult (20years – 28years) to attain some level of entrepreneurship ability in addition to the regular academic and above all develop an employable skills and abilities. This is achieved through a scheme which comprises of three important factor for such empowerment: • Vocational Training • Intellectual Training • Technological Training At D'Brūcke Management and Resource, we also give human educational counselling and consultation for young ones on the path to grow in line with their skills and mental ability.
